Sources told Dainik Bhaskar that the Army has started regular patrolling in the high hills, forests and valleys by creating temporary bases, monitoring posts and patrolling grids. Earlier, terrorist activities used to reduce in winter, but now the army has adopted pro-active winter strategy.
