A case of alleged sexual harassment of a female physiotherapist intern has come to light near Peravalur area of Chennai. It is alleged that she was given cold drink mixed with intoxicants, after which she was molested.

The 22-year-old student was interning under Karthikeyan at a private physiotherapy centre. On Saturday, Karthikeyan asked him to accompany him to go door-to-door to provide physiotherapy to the patients.

After giving physiotherapy to two patients, Karthikeyan told that another patient has called for massage. During this time, he allegedly gave drug laced cold drink to the intern in the car and then sexually assaulted her.
Gave information to sister after regaining consciousness
After regaining consciousness, the woman informed her sister about the entire incident. The family was shocked by the incident and lodged a complaint at the Kolathur All Women Police Station.
Accused arrested, investigation continues
