The Election Commission on Tuesday said that already registered voters can submit Form 6 if their name is not there in the draft SIR roll. Through this, such voters can apply to get their names included in the voter list. In the special intensive revision, more than 13 crore names were removed from the draft roll in 30 states including Bihar and Delhi in 2025-26. Reasons behind this included voters being absent, moving to another place, death or having duplicate identity cards. In Delhi itself, 47 lakh names out of 1.45 crore were removed.
