Market experts say that most of the raw materials used in making induction come from China. Therefore, it may take about 45 days for new supply to arrive. Along with induction, demand for other cooking appliances like air fryer, OTG and microwave has also increased.

We ourselves are purchasing the goods at expensive prices, hence the customer also has to pay the expensive prices. However, the effort is to not take too much profit at the time of need.
Market experts say that generally the sales of induction stoves reduce in summer. At this time, customers require products like air conditioners, coolers, fridges and fans. Therefore, shopkeepers also do not keep much stock of induction in summer. The current uncertainty regarding LPG has changed the market trend.
Induction prices on online platforms have increased by about 10 to 20%.

Dealers say that if the demand continues to increase like this, the supply of induction in the market may reduce for some time.
Mohnish Jain, branch manager of Usha International Limited in Madhya Pradesh, says, ‘Almost all the raw materials used in making induction stoves come from China, especially the other electronic components like heat plate. In such a situation, the increase in demand in China is also affecting the Indian market.
‘This is an unprecedented crisis for companies. Companies are in constant touch with supply centers in China, but it may take about 45 days for the shipment of new orders to arrive. According to dealers, demand for more than one lakh units has come in Philips brand alone. Companies are currently trying to maintain production based on their existing stock.
To reduce dependence on LPG, many companies are now also working on preparing large induction systems for commercial kitchens. Industry officials say that a plan is being made to develop separate commercial induction units for hotels and big kitchens.
Prices will reduce when conditions become normal Electronics dealers believe that the current situation is not permanent. As soon as the supply of gas cylinders becomes normal, people’s worries will start reducing. The demand for induction will also start decreasing gradually. Shopkeepers also believe that many customers are coming to the shop planning to buy an AC or cooler, but due to the environment created with gas, they are buying induction cookers first.
IRCTC and many organizations are using induction In view of the LPG crisis and the current situation, IRCTC has also given instructions to use cooking methods like microwave and induction if necessary. However, IRCTC’s CRM of Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh says that at present there is no shortage of LPG. Induction has also been used as before.
