Two claimants have come forward for the land of Khan Farm located in Kichha of Udham Singh Nagar. On Wednesday, there was an atmosphere of tension regarding possession of the land. During this time, many Congress leaders and workers including Congress MLA from Kichha Tilakraj Behad reached Khan Farm and started a dharna at the main gate. During the protest, MLA Tilakraj Behad expressed his displeasure over the working style of the district administration and warned that if justice is not provided soon, the movement will intensify. He also said that if the functioning of the administration is not changed, he will be forced to take steps like suicide. He demanded fair action from the administration and alleged that carelessness is being taken in the matter. During this time, a large number of police forces were deployed on the spot and security arrangements were tightened. At present, the administration is talking to both the parties and after examining the documents, it is saying that action will be taken as per rules. Allegation of forcible occupation: The dispute regarding Khan Farm located at Pipliya Mor in Kichha is over the ownership and possession of the land. Sayre Vadra, sister-in-law of Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, claims that this farm is her legitimate property on the basis of her aunt’s will. They allege that Nasreen Sanga forcibly took over the laborers working on the farm by removing them, after which the matter took the form of a dispute. The other side rejected the allegations. Nasreen Sanga, present inside the farm, rejected the allegations of Sayar Vadra and said that the case is being presented in a one-sided manner. He has also staked his claim on this property. Both the parties are claiming ownership on the basis of their respective documents and claims. At present, the administration has not officially confirmed the claims of any party and all the documents are being investigated. District Court has given stay order. Sayer Vadra said that Mrs. Khan had died in 2021. I am his sister in law’s daughter. He willed his property to me. Which is a registered will. Since that time we have been taking care of that property. Nasreen Sanga had challenged that will in the court. The District Court has issued a stay order in our favour. Today, they entered inside by colluding with the police. They beat up our labourers, threw out their belongings and also snatched their mobiles. The police stopped us outside and gave them full protection inside. Even at this time those people are sitting inside. The police are not taking them out even though we have a stay order from the court. Police says you should go to court. The police have made the illegal encroachers sit inside. Our vehicles and workers have been thrown out. Police is not taking any action in this. Congress MLA from Kichha, Tilakraj Behar, who came in support of Sai Vadra, said that this used to be the farm of Mrs. Khan. Sayre Vadra was serving Mrs. Khan before her death. Their relationship was that of aunt and niece. Before dying, she also made a registered will that she would look after my land. When the will was made, suddenly his sister Nasreen Sanga appeared. Sayer Vadra has also imposed a prohibitory order from the court that no one will enter inside it. There is also a stay from the civil judge court. Today, suddenly pushing aside all those things, with the consent of the police administration, Nasreen Sanga along with some local people sat inside. Accusing the administration of collusion, the MLA said that they threw the workers out. The administration has full connivance in this. They have become dishonest for land worth crores of rupees. The administration has also joined him. Land is being looted from bottom to top. We said that the vacant workers should be allowed to stay inside. When the decision comes from the court, the case is going on in the court, then we will go inside. They have been given police protection inside and the gate has been closed outside also. Gave warning of self-immolation. The MLA said that Sayar Vadra himself gave all the documents from the court to the administration, but even after getting a stay in the court and registering an FIR in the police station, they broke the locks and entered inside. Even after this the police is not taking any action. The government has looted the lands of this state. Being a public representative, I am forced to commit suicide.
