A Fly91 flight (IC3401) from Hyderabad to Hubli was diverted to Bengaluru due to bad weather. According to airport officials, all 22 passengers are safe.
The flight had left Hyderabad around 3 pm on Sunday and was scheduled to reach Hubli around 4:30 pm. The plane could not land due to bad weather. Kept circling over Hubli for about an hour.
As the weather did not improve, the flight was diverted to Bengaluru, where it landed at around 6:30 pm. Later, when the situation became normal, it was sent to Hubli at around 11 pm.
Some videos from inside the flight have surfaced on social media, in which passengers are seen crying and praying together.

The passengers sitting in the flight were getting shocks as the air was spinning.

Many passengers started crying, some started praying to God with folded hands.
Passengers started screaming and crying
In a video surfaced on social media, passengers are seen sitting nervously on the seats. Many people are heard screaming and crying.
Sounds like ‘Oh my God’ are heard in the video. A passenger is heard saying, tell the pilot to take you to Bengaluru…or take you to Belgaum. Whereas others console each other and say – Don’t cry, nothing will happen.
The pilot was heard telling passengers that we are on hold, please be patient and follow instructions.
The airline said- no technical fault
Fly91 said that there was no technical fault in the flight. The diversion was done only due to bad weather.
According to the airline, holding the aircraft over Hubli and later sending it to Bengaluru is part of the prescribed security procedure. The company said that reports of technical glitches are false and baseless. No compromise was made with security.
Officials said that due to bad weather, another flight from Mumbai to Kolhapur also had to be diverted to Goa.
