Abhijeet Deepke wrote a letter to PM Modi on Friday.
Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Deepke has demanded from PM Modi to give a compensation of Rs 1 crore each to the families of NEET students who committed suicide. Deepke has also written a letter to the PM on Friday.
It also demanded the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. He wrote that the environment of the country is affecting the lives and mental health of the youth. He warned that if action is not taken, frustration among students and parents could increase further.
On the other hand, CJP will protest again tomorrow i.e. on 20th June at Jantar Mantar in Delhi. Before this, she has demonstrated in Nagpur, Jaipur, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune and Amritsar.
12 students committed suicide in 36 days In the last 36 days, 12 students associated with NEET exam have committed suicide in the country. A student preparing for NEET in Indore fell down from the third floor late on Thursday night. In critical condition, he was first taken to a private hospital and then to MY Hospital. He died on Friday morning. The video of the student’s fall has also surfaced.

CJP’s demonstration in different states of the country…
Continuous protests are continuing across the country demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. In this matter, ‘Cockroach Janata Party’ (CJP), an organization recently started through social media, is demanding Pradhan’s resignation in different states of the country.

- 13 June 2026, Amritsar- Demonstration took place in Amritsar, Punjab.
- 14 June 2026, Hyderabad and Bengaluru- Two big demonstrations took place in South India on the same day.
- 15 June 2026, Jaipur- There was a demonstration at the martyr memorial of the Government Hostel.
CJP formed after CJI’s comment, called youth cockroaches
Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) started after a comment by Chief Justice Surya Kant. During the hearing of a case on May 15, he had said that some unemployed youth are like cockroaches, who later attack the system by becoming media, social media or RTI activists.
The day after this comment, on May 16, America-based Abhijit Deepke launched CJP and created party accounts on social media. On 22 May, he started an online petition demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, which claimed to have the support of over 8 lakh people.
As of June 10, CJP had 2.27 crore followers on Instagram. Now it has declined by two lakhs. Still, this number is more than BJP’s 94 lakh followers and Congress’s 1.37 crore followers. CJP has 2.79 lakh followers on Instagram.
