Producer Feroz Nadiadwala has sent a legal notice to Netflix for the role of Baburao Ganpatrao Apte of ‘Hera Pheri’ franchise. Nadiadwala’s lawyer said that this iconic role was used without permission.

According to News18, Nadiadwala’s lawyer Sana Rais Khan said, “Intellectual property is not just a matter of taking anything lightly, it is creativity’s life. My client’s iconic character is not just a violation of without permission, but it is not the most clean business manner.

At the same time, the official statement from Nadiadwala has not yet come out in this case.

Now these three actors will again appear together in ‘Hera Pheri 3’. The films of Baburao, Shyam and Raju will be repeated in the film. Priyadarshan is directing the film.
