Heart attack occurred during treatment 38 year old Gayatri had chest pain on Friday night, after which she was immediately taken to AIG Hospital in Hyderabad. At that time Rajendra Prasad was busy shooting. As soon as he got the news, he immediately reached the hospital. During treatment in the hospital itself, Gayatri suffered a heart attack on Saturday morning and died.

Rajendra was seen in the role of Rumi in the recently released film ‘Kalki’.

According to reports, Gayatri had married against the wishes of her father Rajendra Prasad, due to which the relationship between father and daughter had turned sour. However, there was a reconciliation between the two in the year 2018.
