Congress MP and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi presented a presentation named ‘H Files’ while holding a press conference. Through this he has once again raised the issue of vote theft. There were many complaints in Haryana that something wrong was happening. We saw similar experiences in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra. He said that complaints of vote theft were received in the states, votes for an entire state were stolen.
Rahul Gandhi Said, “In Haryana, we had received complaints from our candidates. All the predictions were overturned, we have investigated what happened. Five big exit polls had shown that Congress is winning Haryana. This is the first time in Haryana elections, when postal ballots were different from the actual result.”
Rahul Gandhi further claimed that fake votes were cast and said, “A girl in Haryana cast 22 votes by changing her name. Sometimes she voted as Seema, sometimes as Sweety and sometimes as Saraswati.” Rahul Gandhi has also released the picture of the girl who was used to cast ‘fake vote’. He told that this photo is also fake because it is of a Brazilian model.
22 votes in the name of Brazilian model
According to Rahul Gandhi, a woman has got 22 votes in Rai Assembly of Haryana, each vote was registered in a different name and at 10 booths. The surprising thing is that this woman is Brazilian model Mathews Ferrero.
Rahul Gandhi said that Haryana Assembly elections Congress She lost by just 22,789 votes, which shows how close the election was. This happened for the first time in Haryana elections, when postal ballots were different from the actual result. Earlier, five big exit polls had told that Congress is winning Haryana.
‘Stealing the future of the young generation…’
Alleging a big conspiracy by the Congress in the Haryana Assembly elections, Rahul Gandhi claimed, “On investigation after receiving complaints from our candidates, all the predictions were overturned. A shocking truth has emerged in the investigation. A conspiracy was hatched so that the big victory of the Congress could be converted into defeat.”
He further claimed that 25 lakh votes have been stolen in Haryana and there are 5.21 lakh duplicate voters. There are a total of 2 crore voters in Haryana, and thus the figure of vote theft is 12% i.e. one out of every 8 voters is fake. Rahul has called it theft of the future of the young generation.
Question on Naib Singh Saini’s video
Rahul Gandhi also referred to a video of Nayab Singh Saini, in which he is purportedly heard saying, “We have all the arrangements. We are winning. BJP is forming a unilateral government.” He has called this video a part of a conspiracy.

‘Evidence’ of fake voter slips
Rahul Gandhi referred to the second page of voter slips, in which there were many discrepancies. He claimed, “At 9 places, the name was of a man, but the photo was of a woman. There was a photo of a young child but the age was above 70. In the photo, there was an elderly person but the age was written as young. The photo is fake, the name is fake, but he has been added as a voter at four different booths.”
ECI accused of deleting video footage
Rahul Gandhi alleged that the ECI had deleted the video footage which showed how many times each of them had voted. He also said that ECI has software to remove duplicate booths, but it is refusing to run it because it is helping BJP.
Only one person can vote in UP-Haryana
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi made another big revelation. He said that thousands of BJP workers are casting their votes in both Uttar Pradesh and Haryana. The names of two different fathers are registered in Uttar Pradesh and Haryana with the same photo of a person named Dalchand. He claimed that this number is in thousands. Mathura’s BJP Sarpanch Prahlad is also casting his vote in both Uttar Pradesh and Haryana.

ECI accused of helping BJP
Rahul Gandhi directly alleged why ECI is not removing fake voters. He said that if they do this, the elections will be fair, but the EC does not want fair elections. He said that this is a very clear proof of what BJP is doing.
