Lutnik said,
All companies are ready to give one million dollars annually for H-1B visas. We have talked to them. If you are going to train someone, then give training to a graduate from a American university. Give training to Americans. Stop bringing people from outside to snatch our jobs.
According to Lutnik, the huge fee of gold card will decide that only the most qualified and top class employees in the US can last long. He said that ‘this system was inappropriate at first, but now we will only take those who are really very capable’.
Lutnik said that this gold card will replace the EB-1 and EB-2 visa running so far. Only those people will get this card, who will be considered ‘beneficial’ for America. Initially, the government is planning to issue around 80,000 gold cards. Lutnik said that the program would earn $ 100 billion from this program.
Trump said- only give visas to talented people

Gold card will replace EB-1 and EB-2 visa
For this, a government website (https://trumpcard.gov/) has been created, where people can start the application by giving their name, email and area information. Applicants will have to pay a $ 15,000 inquiry fee and undergo strict security checks.
According to Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnik, this gold card will replace the current EB-1 and EB-2 visa. Other green card categories may be closed within a month. The EB-1 visa is a permanent residence of America (Green Card) visa.
The EB-2 visa is also for the green card, but for those who have the qualification of higher education (masters or above).
