Nine people were stabbed to death on the outskirts of Paramaribo, the capital of Suriname. According to the police, 5 children are also included among the dead. Officials said those killed were the attacker’s children and neighbors.
Suriname Police said that the attacker also tried to attack the policemen who reached the spot. However, the attacker was controlled by shooting him in the leg. The accused is currently admitted in the hospital and is undergoing treatment.
