Ukraine’s President Jailonski arrived in Paris on 4 September. He attended the summit with French President Emmanuel Macron.
French President Emmanuel Macron announced on Thursday that 26 countries have promised Ukraine to give a post and security guarantee.
Under this, an international force will also be deployed in Ukraine. Macron gave this information at the press meat after the ‘Coalition of Willinges’ summit.
Leaders of 35 countries including EU attended the meeting, Ukrainian President Jailonsky also interacted with US President Trump after the summit and asked to support for guarantee.

Some countries will give training and weapons to Ukrainian army
Macron said that this would prevent any major attack in future. Some countries will also help from outside Ukraine, such as training and supply weapons to the Ukrainian army. However, Macron did not make it clear how many soldiers would be involved or which countries will participate in this guarantee.
Macron reported that the number of assistance countries may increase as some countries like Berlin are still in the process of deciding. At the same time, a final decision is expected in the next few days regarding America’s participation.
American Special Envoy Steve Witchoff took part in the summit. Prior to the meeting, he met French, British, German, Italian and Ukrainian senior diplomats.
EU official said- Shanti is still far away
European officials say peace in Ukraine seems far away, but they want to be ready for any emergency even after the war is over.
They believe that this effort can assure Ukraine of his support. At the same time, we hope that Trump will be involved in his decision.
Apart from European countries, Canada, Australia and Japan attended this meeting. The alliance has held meetings at military and political levels many times, but no detailed plan has been made public so far.

Italy PM Meloni refused to send army
Italian Prime Minister Georgia Meloni clarified that she would not send the army to Ukraine.

Jailonsky said- it is necessary to stop war
Jailonsky described the move as the first solid step after a long time to end the historical and war. He said that this initiative is very important for the protection of Ukraine.
Jailonsky also said that there is no signs of Russia to end the war at the moment.
In the case, Trump met Russian President Vladimir Putin in Alaska on 15 August, but no concrete steps were taken regarding the ceasefire.

Concern of European countries- Trump does not force Russia to bow down to Russia
The meeting was to remove the anxiety of European countries not to force Trump Ukraine to surrender to Russia.
European leaders became alert after a meeting between Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin in Alaska in August.
Trump claimed that he persuaded Putin to a direct conversation with Jailonsky, but Russia rejected the claim and repeated its demands.
This included the condition of leaving some areas of Ukraine and not joining NATO. Trump had earlier set a deadline for Putin and Jailonski’s meeting till 1 September.
Trump mentioned his “good relationship” with Putin in an interview, but also said that he is disappointed with the war in which thousands of people are dying.

Trump has a meeting with leaders of both countries to end the war. Recently, he held a meeting with Putin in Alaska, which was the first Alaska Yatra of a Russian leader in 80 years.
EU leaders and Jailonsky met Trump
Trump met Ukraine President Jailonsky on August 18 with EU leaders at the White House. Trump described this conversation as successful. Jailonsky said that this was his best conversation ever.
Jailonsky said during a conversation with Trump that he would not give even an inch of Ukraine to Russia. They believe that if Ukraine now retreats, it can weaken the sovereignty and security of the country. Also, Russia can get a chance to attack more in future.
Jailonsky said- Our principles and decisions related to our land will be at the level of leaders, but Ukraine’s participation in it is necessary. Jailonski demanded a ceasefire unconditionally.

Putin refuses to quit 10% of Ukraine
Russia has occupied about 20% of Ukraine, ie about 1 lakh 14 thousand 500 square kilometers. It includes areas such as Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherrason and Japorijia.
Russia considers these areas its strategic and historical heritage and is not ready to leave them.
Putin has clearly said that talks with Ukraine about peace can only happen when Ukraine leaves his claim from the occupied areas of Russia and accept those areas as part of Russia.
