The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has registered an FIR in the case of the death of Disha Salian, former manager of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. According to officials, now the agency will investigate the matter afresh.
This action has been taken after the order of Bombay High Court, in which the court had directed for a CBI investigation into the death of Disha Salian. The court had raised serious questions on the investigation of Mumbai Police and said that not registering an FIR for six years and seeing the case only as an accident raises many questions.
