21 year old Nitin Kumar, resident of Vaishali, Bihar, used to work as a laborer in Hyderabad. He was returning to his home in Bihar from Bengaluru. According to the police, the accused targeted Nitin in the train and took him hostage. It is alleged that money was demanded from the family. According to the police, a ransom of Rs 10,000 was demanded. After this, Nitin’s hands and legs were tied and he was thrown out of the moving train. This was the reason of his death.

Rohit was convicted in this case and came out of jail after serving the sentence. Police say that after coming out of jail, he once again committed a similar incident. That is, the old criminal history of the accused has also come to light in the police investigation.

Police say that earlier cases were registered against the accused and he had come out after serving his sentence.

Railway DSP Kanchan Kumari said that the accused has been arrested. Police are now taking further legal action in the matter. Police say that cases have already been registered against the accused and now efforts will be made to punish him through speed trial in this case as soon as possible.
