A video of making chaap in a dirty way has surfaced. In Ghaziabad, the Food Safety Department took action at a place where about 200 kg of chaap was being prepared amid heavy dirt and bad smell. The entire consignment was destroyed when unhygienic conditions were found during inspection. Earlier, a video of the same unit had gone viral on social media, in which a person was seen making arc in a very unhygienic manner. After the action, questions have been raised regarding the quality and cleanliness of food items.
