The special forces of Australian scientists found the ship.
Australia has found the MV Nungah ship that killed 21 people after 55 years. According to BBC, this ship left New South Wales for Townsville on 23 August 1969. It had to cover a distance of about 1300 km.
There were 52 people on board the ship, which was carrying containers filled with steel. By August 25, it had travelled 315 kilometres when it encountered a dangerous storm. Its speed was more than 110 kilometres per hour, which the ship could not handle and it sank.
After the ship sank, the Australian military conducted the largest maritime search in history. The military set out to search for the MV Nungah using planes, helicopters and ships. The ship was found within a few hours and 26 people, including 5 crew members, were rescued.

This is the exterior of the MV Nungah ship which is completely safe.

This is Australia’s special high-tech ship, with the help of which the MV Nungah ship was found.
The ship is still a mystery to people
The Australian army found people floating with the help of wood even 12 hours after the ship sank. Since then the ship remained a mystery for the people.
Last month, scientists from the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) began searching for the ship. For this, a high-tech ship was sent to the location.
The wreckage of the ship was found 170 meters below the ground
According to scientists, they have found the wreckage of the ship 170 meters below the ground surface. The design and shape of this ship is similar to that of the MV Nungah ship, which is largely intact. Now the ship will be examined under the Sydney Project.
Under the project, the exact reasons for the sinking of the ship will be ascertained. CSIRO said that even today the memory of that tragedy is fresh among the people. We hope that finding the ship will bring relief to those who lost their loved ones.
