A woman of Gujarati origin was shot dead in Virginia, America. The deceased Meghna Patel (47) worked in a store. Meghna had opened the store on Monday morning. After some time, a masked person entered the store and opened fire on them. After this he looted the store and ran away. Hearing the sound of firing, nearby people reached the store and informed the ambulance. However, Meghna died on the spot.
The entire incident of murder was captured in the CCTV camera installed in the store. It can be seen in the footage that an unknown person enters the store. To hide his identity, he was wearing a track suit, jacket, gloves in his hands, a mask on his face and a cap on his head, due to which only his eyes were visible.
As soon as the accused reached Meghna, he fired two-three rounds at her. As soon as they fall on the ground, he takes out the currency from the cash box and runs away. Police have cordoned off the area and started searching for the accused.
