Now Farhana’s family has taken legal action against her.

This information has been given by issuing a press note from Farhana Bhatt’s team. It has also been issued on Farhana’s official social media account and reads, Our team confirms that a formal legal notice has been issued following the defamatory comments made publicly.

According to the press note released, the family of actress and national level Taekwondo player Farhana Bhatt, who is currently in Bigg Boss 19, has expressed deep anger and mental anguish over the defamatory and communally inflammatory statements made against her. These comments were made recently in a YouTube interview.

This notice has been issued to Roshan Gary Bhinder, Filfafce YouTube channel and YouTube India, who published and telecasted false and hateful statements, including baseless and objectionable comments like calling Farhana a terrorist.

It is also written in the notice that Farhana Bhatt’s family has chosen the path of responding in a legal and respectable manner instead of online incitement or mudslinging. Their notice demands immediate removal of the video, a public apology and a compensation of Rs 1 crore for defamation and mental agony.

What was the controversial statement of Amal Malik’s aunt?

In an interview given to the YouTube channel mentioned in the notice, Amaal Malik’s aunt Roshan Gary had said on Farhana, ‘Satan, terrorist, sorry, I don’t want to say this, but those people are demons, those who laugh after drinking people’s blood, this is the same.’

Actually, this statement of Roshan Gary came to light when there was a huge fight between Amaal and Farhana during a task of the show. A few weeks into the captaincy task, letters came from all the housemates. According to the task, if any contestant finds the letter of another contestant and tears it, then he would become a contender for the captaincy. In the task, everyone gave letters to each other from their homes, but Farhana tore Neelam’s letter. Due to this step the entire family turned against him. The fight escalated so much that Amaal snatched Farhana’s plate while she was eating on the table and broke it.
