The first feedback report of the members of all the District Public Relations and Grievance Redressal Committees (Grievance Committee) of Haryana has reached the government. In this report, the report of 5 departments has come out very bad. These include CM Nayab Saini’s Home Department (Police), Vipul Goyal’s Revenue Department.
.
It has been told in this report that some officers of these departments are not serious in solving the problems of the people. Also, files keep hanging unnecessarily. Although, the names of these officers have been kept confidential by the government, but the government may soon take some major action against such officers and government employees.
CM Nayab Saini has instructed the CMO officials to take feedback about such officers and employees and also get their properties inspected. If this happens then the government can give posting to these officers at some other place.
In the grievance report, the departments of CM Saini and Anil Vij came into the dock.
Read here why the government took this decision…
1. Strategy made due to poor feedback from the ground
Recently an important meeting was held between Chief Minister Nayab Saini and the organization at the CM residence. In this meeting, feedback was received from some areas that some officers are deliberately delaying the work of the common people. After this, it was decided in the meeting that the members of the Grievance Committee will keep an eye on these departments and officers.
2. This work has been given to the Grievance Committee members
In this feedback, the members of the Grievance Committee are seeing whether the officers listen to the problems of the people or not, or how long they are making them wait for their work to be done. Not only this, their work is getting delayed because of some officer or employee, or their work is being postponed unnecessarily for a long time. Committee members are keeping an eye on all these problems.

Feedback from officials of five departments has been given in the report of the members of the first Grievance Committee that reached the government. This includes the names of officers from CM Nayab Saini’s Home Department, Anil Vij’s Energy Department, Shyam Singh Rana’s Agriculture Department, Aarti Rao’s Health Department and Vipul Goyal’s Revenue Department. Most of the complaints have come from the police department under the Home Department of CM Nayab Saini.
Complaints about negligence of how many officers in which department?
There are 33 such officers in the police department, whose names have been given in the report. It comes under Home Department. Chief Minister Nayab Saini himself is looking after this department in the third term of the BJP government. Before this, Anil Vij had this department in the Manohar Lal government. Negligence of 32 officers in Vipul Goyal’s Revenue Department has come to light.
Apart from these departments, there are 29 names of officers and employees in Shyam Singh Rana’s Agriculture Department, 27 in Anil Vij’s Energy Department and 17 in Aarti Rao’s Health Department, who are delaying people’s work and keeping files stuck.
The people of Haryana should get the benefits of the government’s welfare schemes. If the feedback of any officer or employee of any department in any district is not good, then action should be taken against him. Apart from the Samadhan camps, officers should also fulfill the responsibilities given to them with full honesty. -Mohan Lal Badoli, President, Haryana BJP
