An FIR has been registered against Congress leader Supriya Shrinet for spreading false videos. Raipur Police has registered an FIR against Congress national spokesperson and national media in-charge Supriya Shrinet, folk singer Neha Singh Rathore and social media page @GenZ_of_India for sharing the old video as being of 15 August 2026.
BJP leader Ujjwal Deepak alleged that these people shared an old video of March 2026 on social media as if it was of August 15. The video was of former minister Ajay Chandrakar, in the video he is seen waving the BJP flag. Ujjwal Deepak alleged that these people shared the video in such a way that it seemed as if the video was from Independence Day.
Raipur Central DCP Tarakeshwar Patel said in this matter that Ujjwal Deepak had given a complaint in the Civil Lines police station. Based on his complaint, zero FIR was registered. Tarakeshwar Patel said, “On the complaint of Ujjwal Deepak, at the Civil Lines Police Station. Supriya SrinetA zero FIR has been registered against social media personality Neha Singh Rathore, and other social media pages and it will be transferred to Dhamtari district. A case has been registered under sections 353/2, 196, and 336 of BNS. “An investigation will be conducted.”

While posting on X, Ajay Chandrakar had accused Congress national spokesperson Supriya Shrinet of sharing a wrong video. He told in his post that the video which is being shared is of the training class of BJP on March 22, 2026. Besides, he had also demanded action against him. He said that Congress is doing such things to defame BJP.
