He was engrossed in one of his hit songs, when suddenly a young man wearing a white T-shirt broke the security cordon and reached the stage. As soon as Sonu saw her coming towards him, he left the song and retreated. The fan tried to seek blessings by touching his feet. Because of this the show had to be stopped for some time. Instead of getting angry, he handed the mike to the fan. When the security team came to remove the young man from the stage, Sonu handled it calmly instead of scolding him. He handed over his mike to that fan and gave him a chance to sing. The fan sang some lines of the song ‘Chori Kiya Re Jiya’ from the film ‘Dabangg’. After finishing the song she said, “Kolhapur loves you.” However, Sonu Nigam looked quite upset and uncomfortable with this whole situation. A day after the concert, Sonu Nigam posted a video of the incident on Instagram, warning the audience on social media. He wrote in the caption, “Why do you act like a beating audience? This time you saved me, I won’t be able to save you every time.” He taunted the fan’s actions in the video by saying, “Wow, well done!” Also said. Such incidents are increasing in live shows. Incidents of misbehavior with artists or lapses in security during live shows have increased in the last few months. Recently, ‘Dhurandhar’ singer Jasmine Sandlas was also misbehaved by a fan on stage in Delhi. Apart from this, famous singers like Atif Aslam and Sunanda Sharma have also faced similar situations during concerts.
