Answer: I started playing cricket when I was 8-9 years old. There was LIC Academy in Sector-26. Rajesh Pathak was my coach at that time. He taught me the intricacies of cricket. Question: How is the family feeling about your selection? Answer: The family is very happy. Meaning, seeing parents so happy is a big thing for their child. I am excited. If he is happy then I am also happy. He is feeling proud of me. Question: Whom do you consider as your role model in cricket? Answer: I like the bowling of Indian player Jasprit Bumrah very much in men’s cricket. If we talk about women’s cricket, I am impressed by South Africa’s Marizanne Kapp. I consider both of them as my role models. I also admire him. Question: Where did you start studies and cricket? Answer: I have done my schooling from Sacred Heart School, Chandigarh. Learned the tricks of cricket from there. She also played cricket in school. My graduation has also been completed. Question: What do your family members do in the family? Answer: My father runs a spare parts shop in an industrial area. He also teaches me cricket. Mother is my housewife. Question: Whose role do you consider important in your journey? Answer: Everyone’s role has been important in my life. I have learned something from everything.
