Both the brothers have come together after the defeat in the Maharashtra Assembly elections 2024.
Election campaign is going on across Maharashtra for elections in 29 municipal corporations of Maharashtra including BMC. In Nashik, Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray held a public meeting with brother Raj Thackeray on Friday.
Uddhav Thackeray questioned Bharatiya Janata Party’s dedication to Hindutva. On including tainted leaders, she said that she has become so shameless that she can even include demon king Ravana with her.
Raj alleged that BJP wants to mislead people in the name of religion and caste. You hand over power to us and see, we will make the city what it was before.
Municipal corporation elections in Maharashtra are to be held on January 15. The promotion for this will end on January 13 at 5.30 pm. The election results will come on January 16.
Uddhav’s claim – only those who were being harassed by the central agencies came to BJP.
The Shiv Sena (UBT) chief said he felt sorry for the BJP loyalists who were ignored as the party was inducting tainted leaders who were being given priority. According to news agency PTI, Uddhav said that people harassed by central agencies are joining the saffron party.
