Five people, including a woman, were killed in a collision with the State Transport Corporation bus and a van on Wednesday in Tanjavur district of Tamil Nadu. Police said that the accident took place at around 8 pm on the Nagapattinam-Tiruchi highway. All the people who died were riding in the van. Everyone died on the spot. Police said they are being identified. Two people have also been injured.
