The Ashland Sheriff’s Office said that a woman named Angelina Williams was at the home of her relative Robert Michalski in Cleveland, Ohio. Apart from these two, Angelina’s boyfriend Taylor was also present in the house, who helped tie up the child.

According to the police report, they received an emergency call at around 5 pm on August 17. It was reported that a dog had attacked a child. When the police officers reached the spot, the child was in critical condition. Before the police reached there, the relative Robert had fled from there with his pitbull dog.

After investigation, on August 26, the police found out that Robert’s hands and legs were tied before the dog attacked him. The police found Robert and his dog hiding in a room on the second floor of the house. The dog has been taken into custody and kept with dangerous dogs. The three accused were also arrested.

The accused were fined Rs 2.5 lakh
The child’s mother, her boyfriend and a relative have been arrested for endangering the child’s life and attempting to physically punish him. They have also been fined Rs 2.5 lakh.
