American billionaire and investor Warren Buffet’s company Berkshire Hathaway Inc has sold nearly 50% of its stake in iPhone maker Apple. After this sale, Warren Buffet’s cash stock has increased to a record $276.9 billion (about Rs 23.20 lakh crore).
It is not known how many shares the company sold. But, according to estimates, Berkshire’s investment in Apple in the second quarter is $ 84.2 billion (about Rs 7.05 lakh crore). At the end of the first quarter, Buffett had Apple shares worth $ 135.4 billion (about Rs 11.34 lakh crore).

3. Tata’s semiconductor plant starts construction in Assam: 4.83 crore chips will be made here every day, 27,000 people will get employment

Tata Group has started construction of a ₹27,000 crore semiconductor assembly and test facility in Assam. This semiconductor plant will produce 4.83 crore semiconductor chips every day. It is expected to be operational by 2025.
The chips made here will be used in sectors including electric vehicles, communication and network infrastructure. On February 29, 2024, the Union Cabinet approved this project. This project is part of India’s semiconductor mission.
