नेशनल लर्निंग वीक की शुरुआत आज से: PM उद्घाटन करेंगे; 30 लाख से ज्यादा सिविल सर्वेंट शामिल होंगे, हर एक को 4 घंटे की ट्रेनिंग जरूरी

Mission Karmayogi was started on 2 September 2020. The objective of the learning week is to enhance the professional approach among the officers and employees.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate Karmayogi Saptah i.e. National Learning Week on Saturday. This event, which will run till October 25, will start at 10.30 am at Dr. Ambedkar International Center in New Delhi. More than 30 lakh civil servants will participate in this.

The objective of Mission Karmayogi, which started from September 2020, is to give a new direction to personal and organizational skill development for civil servants. During this, every Karmayogi will participate in 4 hours of learning.

This event will provide new inspiration to civil servants towards development. Its aim is to convey the message of one government, align everyone with national goals and promote lifelong learning.

What is the goal of Mission Karmayogi? The objective of the Learning Week organized under Mission Karmayogi is to skill the government employees, so as to enhance their ability to serve the country efficiently. Through skill-based learning, this initiative focuses on creating a dynamic and future-ready workforce, driving India’s growth and transforming governance.

How will 4 hours of learning be completed? Participants can complete these hours through iGOT modules and webinars, lectures/master classes from eminent personalities. Speakers of the program will give information on topics related to their areas. It will also help civil servants to effectively work towards citizen-centric service delivery.

During this period, ministries, departments and organizations will also organize seminars and workshops to enhance domain specific capacity.
