Nashik Police has arrested absconding accused Nida Khan in the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) scandal. Nida Khan is not only accused of hurting religious sentiments, but she is also accused of helping the main accused and being involved in serious cases like sexual exploitation.
In fact, Nasik The special team of police was searching for Nida Khan for the last 25 days. To avoid arrest, Nida Khan had also tried to get anticipatory bail, but she could not succeed in it. She had requested for anticipatory bail citing pregnancy.
While rejecting the anticipatory bail plea, the court had said that it seems that there was a conspiracy to send the victim (employee of the company) to Malaysia by brainwashing her in a planned manner.
Now the police, on the basis of technical input, has arrested the accused Nida Khan. Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar Naregaon premises arrested. The police have now taken the female accused with them to Nashik for further questioning.
Serious allegations against Nida Khan
The prosecution (SIT) and the victim’s lawyers have made shocking revelations in the court. TCS officer Nida Khan is accused of giving the victim a burqa, giving her religious books and installing Islamic religious applications on her mobile.
Investigation revealed that the name of the victim was to be changed to ‘Haniya’ and preparations were being made to send her to Malaysia. Police are investigating whether any international gang is involved in this.
Advocates MG Kurkute and Nitin Pandit, appearing for the victim, argued that the accused took undue advantage of their position in the company and forced the victim to follow their religion. Not only this, by hurting the sentiments of the victim, he forced her to eat non-vegetarian food and also insulted her in the office on the basis of her caste.
The main accused Danish Shaikh is accused of rape on the pretext of marriage, while Tausif is accused of blackmailing the victim, pressurizing her to have sex and molesting her.
4 employees in judicial custody till May 18
Let it be known that on Tuesday, a court in Nashik has sent the four main accused in this case to judicial custody till May 18. The names of these accused are Raza Rafiq Memon, Tausif Bilal Attar, Danish Shaikh and Shahrukh Hussain Shaukat Qureshi.
In this case, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) had detained the accused on April 23 under various sections of the Indian Justice Code.
Earlier, he was sent to police custody till May 5. After his custody period ended on Tuesday, he was produced before Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate SV Lad.

During the hearing, the prosecution demanded judicial custody of the accused. Accepting this demand, the court sent all four accused to judicial custody till May 18.
Let us tell you that tcs SIT is investigating 9 cases registered in connection with exploitation of women employees, attempts at forced conversion, hurting religious sentiments, molestation and mental harassment. SIT has arrested 8 people including a female operations manager in this case.
TCS’s tough stance
IT giant TCS has made it clear regarding its image and work culture that it does not tolerate any kind of harassment or coercion. After being named in the case, the company has suspended the accused employees with immediate effect and is fully cooperating in the investigation.
