The shutdown came into force from Wednesday after voting in the US on Tuesday. Here, government institutions are currently closed. That is, now the shutdown is expected in America till 14 October. At the same time, the US government has sent about 7.5 lakh government employees to the holidays (furls). Of these, 3 lakhs can also be trimmed.

Trump needs Democrats support to pass the bill

There are 53 Republicans and 47 Democrats in the 100 -member Senate. 2 Independent MPs have supported the bill.

The support of Democrats is necessary for the Republican party, but at the moment they are not ready to vote in favor of the bill.

Republic leader John Thyun alleges that Democrats came to lighting the government under pressure from staunch supporters. Army, border agents and air traffic controllers are working without salary.

At the same time, Democrat leader Chak Shumor has said that Trump is refusing to secure America’s health care program and is responsible for shutdown.

Speaker Mike Johnson said,

The government’s remaining open was completely in the hands of Democrats. If the funding bill had passed, the shutdown could have been postponed.

Shutdown starts, now what will happen next

Could not agree on health care program

President Trump and Democratic leaders held a meeting at the White House on Monday to stop the shutdown, but no result was found.

Trump benefits or disadvantages from shutdown

During the shutdown, the Trump Administration can decide the necessary and non-essential services through the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).

With this, they can make Democrat-backed programs such as education, environment, health subsidy, while defense and immigration can be given the status of necessary status. Trump himself has said that there will be many good things from the shutdown.

A large number of people can be fired from the job due to shutdown. In 2025, there has already been a cut of 3 lakhs in federal jobs. This is part of Trump’s policy.

Trump is used to blame it on democrats. The White House directed the Federal agencies to hold the Democrats responsible, which could be a violation of morality laws.
