Earlier, PM Narendra Modi had said that in today’s time the use of petrol, gas and diesel will have to be reduced. Due to the impact of the ongoing war in the neighbourhood, the prices of petrol and diesel have increased manifold across the world.
PM said in BJP rally in Hyderabad – The impact of this global crisis is more on India, we do not have big oil wells. Today we need measures like work from home. In cities where there is metro, people should use metro.
He said that earlier when there was war, people used to donate gold. There is no need for donation today but we have to take a pledge today that no matter what program is held for the next one year, we will not buy gold. This will also save foreign currency.
