BJP leader Gaurav Bhatia has filed a defamation case in the Delhi High Court against Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) leaders Abhijeet Deepke, Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka.
Bhatia has also demanded a compensation of Rs 2 crore in the case, an apology and a ban on further sharing of the controversial post.
Actually, Saurav Das had shared a post in which there was a statement in the name of Gaurav Bhatia that there is poison of casteism in Swatantra Bhardwaj and BJP has no relation with him. Bhatia had called Bhardwaj a mental Naxal. Bhardwaj is accused of attacking the father of CJP activist Nishu Azad.
Calling it fake, Bhatia gave Das an ultimatum to delete the post within 24 hours and tender an unconditional apology. Das later deleted the post and said it was created by AI.
