The second match of the Test series between India and Sri Lanka is being played in Colombo. Tuesday is the third day of the match.

Pant’s shoulder pain, Jurel said – can do wicketkeeping

India’s wicketkeeper-batsman Dhruv Jurel said after the end of the day’s play, ‘Pant has an injury on his right shoulder. Physio is taking care of him. He had a pain in his shoulder, so I kept wicket today. Hopefully he will be fit tomorrow.

On the first day of the match, India won the toss and chose to bat. He declared his first innings at the score of 503/9 runs.

Dhruv Jurel scored unbeaten 115 runs on 177 balls. Devdutt Padikkal contributed 117 runs. Captain Shubhman Gill and Rishabh Pant scored fifties.
