The announcement of winners for the Nobel Prize 2024 has started from today i.e. Monday, October 7. Today the Nobel Prize has been announced in the field of Medicine and Physiology. The Nobel Prize for Medicine of 2024 has been awarded to Victor Ambrose and Gerry Ruvkon. He received this prize for the discovery of micro RNA.
From October 7 to October 14, the Nobel Prize will be awarded to people who have done excellent work in fields like science, economics, literature and peace. These awards are being given in Stockholm, Sweden. A cash prize of 11 million Swedish kronor i.e. approximately Rs 8.90 crore will be given in the Nobel Prize. Since the Nobel Prize was started in 1901, till 2024, 229 people in the field of medicine have been honored with it.
