Vietnam’s electric maker Winfast has launched its premium electric SUV-VF 6 and VF 7 in India. The company has fixed the initial price of VF 6 Rs 16.49 lakh and VF 7 has fixed Rs 20.89 lakh.
Winfast claims that in full charge, VF 6 will get 468 km in VF 6 and VF 7 will get a range of up to 510 km. The company has introduced VF 6 in three trim and VF 7 in five variants.
Also, the company is offering battery warranties up to 10 years or 2 lakh km. Apart from this, the company is also offering free charging facility to customers by July 2028 at its V-Green charging stations.
Winfast vf 6
VF 6 is a premium compact SUV, which is inspired by the concept of ‘The Duality in Nature’. It has a 59.6 kwh battery, which charges 10% to 70% in 25 minutes and gives ARAI certified range of up to 468 km.
VF 6 gets 2,730 mm wheelbase and 190 mm ground clearance. This premium SUV will be found in two interior trim colors and three variants – Earth, Wind and Wind Infinity.
VF 6’s variants
Meaning: 130 kw power, 250 Nm torque, all-black interior, 12.9-inch infotainment screen, auto AC, cruise control and piano-style gear selector.
Wind: 150 kw power, 310 nm torque, speed 0-100 km/h in just 8.9 seconds. Moka Brown Vegan Leather interior, ventilated seats, dual-zone AC, 8-speaker audio, Adas Level 2 and 18-inch alloy wheels.
Wind Infinity: The VF 6 wind infinity will provide all the features of the wind variant. Apart from this, a large panoramic glass roof has been added to it.
Range: Meaning-468 km, wind-468 km
Standard Features: Auto LED headlamps, signature lights, 7 airbags, 360-degree camera, rain-sensing wipers, ABS, EBD, Esc, cruise control, 12.9-inch touchscreen, connected car technology.
Winfast vf 7
Bold and premium VF 7 ‘The Universe is Asmatical’ designs come with philosophy. This is a large SUV, which is more than 4.5 meters in length and wheelbase is 2,840 mm. These are available in two battery options (59.6 kwh and 70.8 kwh) and five variants- Earth, Wind, Wind Infinity, Sky and Sky Infinity. It also has FWD and AWD Drivetrain options.
VF 7’s variants
Meaning: 59.6 kwh battery, 130 kw power, 250 Nm torque, 10-70% charge in 24 minutes, 19-inch alloy wheels, black vegan leather, cruise control and rain-sensing wipers.
Wind: 70.8 kwh battery, 150 kw power, 310 Nm torque, 0-100 km/h 9.5 seconds, Fast charging in 28 minutes, Moka Brown Interior, Powered Tailgate, Adas Level 2 and driver monitoring system.
Sky: Dual motor AWD, 260 kw power, 500 nm torque, speed 0-100 km/h 5.8 seconds.
Wind Infinity and Sky Infinity: The large panoramic glass roof has been added.
Range: Meaning (438 km), wind (532 km), sky (510 km).
Standard Features: 19-inch alloy wheels, flush door handles, 7 airbags, 360-degree camera, 12.9-inch touchscreen, dual-zone AC, connected car technology.
VF 6-VF 7 Company’s first offering in EV market of India

Entry in the market with strong ecosystem
The company has given easy finance options by tie-up with big banks and financial institutions. The company has created a network of charging and after-cell service across the country by partnering with Roadgrid, My TVS and Global Assure. To promote sustainability, Winfast has started work on battery recycling and circular battery value chain in collaboration with Bat-X Energy.
National Dealer Network and Made-in-India Manufacturing
Winfast India is increasing its presence in 27 cities with 35 dealer touch-points and 26 workshops across the country till the end of 2025. This includes metro and emerging EV hubs like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kochi and Lucknow.
The VF 6 and VF 7 will be assembled in Roathukudi, Tamil Nadu. These plants have been built according to the vision of making India global manufacturing and export hub. Its location is near the port, which makes it an ideal for domestic and export markets.
