A case like alleged religious persecution and forced conversion in TCS office in Nashik, Maharashtra has now come to light from Wipro’s Pune office as well. A former Wipro employee has made serious allegations of religious harassment against his boss. As soon as these allegations came to light, both the police and the company started investigating the matter at their respective levels. Wipro’s official statement has also come on the allegations of pressure for alleged conversion, in which the company has said that full cooperation is being given to the police in the investigation.
