When Ashwin Karthik graduated in 2005, he discovered that no one would hire him. Ashwin has cerebral palsy with quadriplegia and uses a wheelchair. Getting turned down for a job is a common rejection people face, but in Ashwin’s case, he has had an astonishing 45 unsuccessful job interviews.
