Maha Kumbh 2025: Makar Sankranti 2025 is celebrated across the country today.. On this special occasion, the royal or amrit bath of Maha Kumbh has started today. Today is the first nectar bath of Mahakumbh. Amrit Snan started with the dip of faith of Shri Panchayati Akhara Mahanirvani and Shambhu Panchayati Atal Akhara. The saints and sages of both the Akharas had reached Sangam Ghat at 6.15 am on Tuesday morning. Their bath is continuing, which will last for about 40 minutes.
