Delhi Pollution: People’s breathing is in trouble in Delhi-NCR. Two days after Diwali, Delhi’s AQI crossed 500 at 5 am today. According to data from IQAir website, smog blanketed the national capital and the AQI was recorded at 507, making Delhi’s PM2.5 levels 65 times more dangerous than the limit set by WHO. Let us tell you that AQI between 200-300 is considered ‘bad’, between 301 and 400 is considered ‘very poor’, between 401 and 450 is considered severe and above 450 is considered ‘more than severe’. Let us tell you that in just 12 hours, an increase of about 150 points has been recorded in AQI in Delhi.
