A blast near Delhi’s Red Fort that killed nine people is now being probed as a terror case. The Delhi Police have invoked UAPA (Unlawful Activities Prevention Act) sections after forensic evidence and intelligence inputs pointed to possible terror links. The explosion occurred when a slow-moving car burst into flames at a traffic signal.
