Stories of women who continue to thrive long after the formal conclusion of projects-reflecting the strength of the Usha Silai School program’s design and its focus on sustainability. Many organizations had partnered to implement the program, and while those agreements have ended, the women remain active-running businesses, training others, and uplifting their communities-supported by a strong foundation and ongoing guidance from Usha done remotely / indirectly.
