West Bengal Assembly Elections 2026: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has released the first list of candidates for the West Bengal Assembly elections. Names of 144 candidates have been announced in BJP’s first list for Bengal elections. Shuvendu Adhikari has been fielded from Nandigram and Bhawanipur. Paritosh Das has been given ticket from Alidwarpur. It is known that this time voting for assembly elections will be held in two phases in Bengal. The Election Commission has fixed 23rd and 29th April as the date for this. The results of West Bengal Assembly elections will be released on May 4.
