The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the Combined Geo-Scientist final exam result 2024. Candidates who appeared for the interview can check their results at upsc.gov.in. The prelims exam was held on February 18 followed by the mains exam on June 22 and 23. The personality test took place in December.
The result of 14 candidates is provisional. “The offer of appointment to the candidates whose result has been kept provisional will not be issued till the Commission verifies the original documents awaited from such candidates,” reads the official notice.
“Appointments to the above said posts will be made by the Government according to the number of vacancies available and subject to the candidates fulfilling all the prescribed eligibility conditions and all Pre-appointment formalities/verifications, wherever due, being completed satisfactorily. Allotment of candidates to the services/posts shall be made in accordance with their merit position and preference of services/posts opted by them,” the official notice added.

Step 2: On the homepage look for the UPSC Combined Geo-Scientist Final Examination Result, 2024 link
Step 3: Click on the PDF link
Step 4: The PDF featuring the roll numbers of the qualified candidates will appear on the screen
Step 5: Candidates can take a hard copy print out of the PDF file for future reference.
UPSC has a ‘Facilitation Counter’ near Examination Hall in its campus. Candidates can obtain any information/clarification regarding their examination/ recruitment on the working day between 10.00 hrs. to 17.00 hrs in person or over telephone nos. 011-23385271 / 23381125. Result will also be available on the UPSC web site i.e. www.upsc.gov.in. Marks of the canddiates shall be made available on the website within fifteen days from the date of publciation of the result.
