Amid talks for a peace deal to end the ongoing West Asia conflict, Iranian state media on Thursday released an old video clip of former security chief Ali Larijani, who was killed in a US-Israeli strike last week.
In this video, Larijani recounts his meeting with former US secretary of state Henry Kissinger and, in a message to US President Donald Trump, said those “bigger than you” were unable to subdue Iran.
“Those bigger than you could not subdue the Iranian nation,” Larijani is heard saying in the video message.
