US President Donald Trump not winning the Nobel Peace Prize is currently the internet’s most talked about update. Jumping onto the bandwagon, senior Congress leader and eminent lawyer Abhishek Singhvi also shared a witty wordplay on Venezuelan leader Maria Corina Machado winning the Nobel Peace Prize. The self-proclaimed “poor joke” on Trump’s Nobel snub by Singhvi received several impressions on X.

The post on X was shared along with a declaration, “In a lighter vein… with appropriate “poor joke PJ” forewarning… but concededly witty… Trump: If I am not given the Nobel Peace Prize, I will make a difference in the world… Nobel Committee: Machado.”

The use of the word “Machado” in the post is related to the Venezuelan leader’s name. 58-year-old Maria Corina Machado was awarded the 2025 Nobel Peace Prize for promoting democratic rights for the people of Venezuela.

Notably, Trump’s supporters were considering him to be one of the frontrunners for the Nobel Peace Prize this year. However, the awards announced on Friday did not include the US President.

Throughout the year, Trump even used to tout himself as a peacemaker and claimed that he “ended eight wars” and asserted that he deserved global recognition. He also claimed to subside tensions between India and Pakistan following a brief military flare-up between the two countries in May. However, India strongly rejected the claim.

After all the build-up when Trump did not win the Nobel Peace Prize, his reactions became an internet sensation and several memes started flooding across social media sites.
