But today he single-handedly brought the entire West Indies team to its knees and took India to the semi-finals.

After India’s victory, Sanju Samson looked emotional and said that this day is one of the biggest days of his life. Sanju played an unbeaten inning of 97 runs in 50 balls. On the basis of which India chased West Indies’ total of 196 runs in the 20th over.

He specifically took the names of players like Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma and said that he saw how big players finish the match and how they change their game according to the situation.

He said that the last match was different because then the team was batting first and had to score big. But wickets were falling in this match, so they decided to build partnerships and focus on each ball.

Sanju said, I did not think of doing anything special, just concentrated on playing my role. This is one of the greatest days of my life.
