SSC CGL Answer Key 2025: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is likely to release the SSC CGL Tier 1 Answer Key 2025 on October 15, 2025. Candidates who appeared for the Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGL) 2025 – Tier 1 will be able to check and download the provisional answer key from the official SSC website at ssc.gov.in.

Along with the provisional answer key, the Commission will also open the objection window. Candidates can review the answer key and raise objections online within the specified time period. A fee of Rs 100 per question will be charged for submitting each objection, and this fee will be non-refundable.

The SSC will not accept objections sent through any other mode such as letters, applications, or emails. All representations received during the objection window will be reviewed carefully before the final answer key is prepared. The Commission’s decision on the matter will be final and binding.

The Tier 1 examination was conducted between September 12 and September 26, 2025, while the re-exam was held on October 14, 2025. This year, about 28 lakh candidates applied for the exam, and nearly 13.5 lakh candidates appeared across 255 centres in 126 cities, organised over 45 shifts spanning 15 days.

How To Download SSC CGL 2025 Answer Key?

Step 1: Go to the official website at ssc.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link titled “Answer Key.”

Step 3: Enter your registration number and date of birth/password.

Step 4: Click on Submit.

Step 5: The SSC CGL 2025 answer key will appear on the screen.

Step 6: Check your responses and download the file for future reference.

Through this recruitment drive, the SSC aims to fill a total of 14,582 vacancies under Group B and Group C posts in various Ministries, Departments, and Organisations of the Government of India, as well as in several Constitutional and Statutory Bodies and Tribunals.

Out of the total vacancies, 6,183 are for the Unreserved (UR) category, 2,167 for Scheduled Castes (SC), 1,088 for Scheduled Tribes (ST), 3,721 for Other Backward Classes (OBC), and 1,423 for the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) category.
