The State Bank of India (SBI) is anticipated to release the admit card for the 2025 Probationary Officer (PO) preliminary exam shortly. The exam dates are set for March 8, 16, and 24, 2025. Once available, applicants can download their admit cards from the official website at sbi.co.in using their registration number and password.
This recruitment drive aims to fill 600 vacancies, which include 586 regular positions and 14 backlog positions. Successful candidates for the PO posts can expect a monthly salary of Rs 41,960.
SBI PO Prelims Exam Admit Card 2025: How To Download?
Step 1: Navigate to the official website at sbi.co.in/careers,
Step 2: Then, go to the SBI PO 2025 section on the homepage.
Step 3: Under the SBI PO section, click on the link for “SBI PO Prelims Admit Card 2025.”
Step 4: Key in your registration number and password/ date of birth, on the login page.
Step 5: Your SBI PO Admit Card 2025 will appear on the screen.
Step 6: Download and take a printout for further use.
SBI PO Recruitment 2025: Prelims Exam Pattern
The SBI Clerk Preliminary Examination comprises objective-type questions, with a total of 100 marks. Candidates have one hour to complete the exam, which is divided into three sections: English Language (30 marks), Numerical Ability (30 marks), and Reasoning (35 marks). Each section is allotted 20 minutes. Every question is worth one mark, and each incorrect answer incurs a penalty of one-fourth of a mark.
Candidates who successfully pass the prelims exam will move on to the main exam, tentatively scheduled for April or May 2025. The SBI PO mains exam, conducted online, has two parts: objective and descriptive. Those who clear the main examination will proceed to the interview process and then to document verification.
Besides, candidates must have a graduation degree in any subject from a recognised university. Students of graduation final year, whose result will be declared by December 31, 2025, are also eligible, however, they will have to submit proof of their degree at the time of selection.
