Parag Tyagi’s emotional post remembers wife Shefali Jariwala as beloved maasi


Actor Parag Tyagi has been paying Tribute to his late wife, shefali jariwalathrough heartfelt posts on Instagram. Shefali, who died in June, was known for her popular appearance in the remix track ‘Kaanta Laga.’

In his latest post, Tyagi celebrated Shefali’s role as a beloved aunt, sharing a video of her enjoying playful moments with her nephew and niece. He fondly captioned the video, “The Best Rebellion in the universe. Arya, Kian doing Masti with masti khor maasi (fun aunt). She always loves her bachchas (kids) so much (sic).”

Since Shefali’s deathTyagi has frequently shared memories of their time together, captioning one post “Together Forever.” Despite facing criticism for his public tributes, Tyagi responded firmly to detractors, stating, “For those who r trying to garner attention by saying I shall not post so soon. Bhai sab log aapki tarah nahi hote (Not everyone is like you) (sic).”

Five days after Shefali Jariwala’s sudden passing, a prayer meeting was held in Mumbai on Wednesday to honour her memory. The gathering was attended by close friends and family members, who came together in quiet remembrance.

Jariwala, best known for her iconic appearance in the ‘Kaanta Laga’ remix, was rushed to Bellevue Multispeciality Hospital by her husband, Parag Tyagi, after suffering a cardiac arrest. Tragically, she was declared dead on arrival.
