On work-life balance, Gautam Adani has said that balance is felt when a person does the work he loves. He said that when a person accepts that he has to go someday, his life becomes easier.

Speaking to a news agency, Adani said, ‘Your work-life balance should not be imposed on me and mine should not be imposed on you. Suppose, someone spends four hours with his family and finds joy in it, or another person spends eight hours and finds joy in it, then this is his balance. Despite this, if you spend eight hours, the wife will run away.

Adani said that work life balance depends on the person and his loved ones. This statement of Gautam Adani has come amid the debate on Infosys founder Narayan Murthy working 70 hours a week.

Narayan Murthy had said- Indian people do not want to work hard

Infosys Chairman Narayan Murthy had recently said on 70 hour work culture, ‘I had said in Infosys, we will compare ourselves with the top companies of the world. I can tell you that we Indians have a lot to do. We have to keep our aspirations high because 80 crore people get free ration. This means that 80 crore Indians are in poverty. If we don’t want to work hard, who will do the hard work?’
